This cocktail belongs to a family cocktails known as The Buck. Spruceeats.com explains that a buck drink has to have: a base spirit, ginger ale or ginger beer and citrus. Ingredients
·45 ml Irish whiskey
·7.5 ml Fresh lime juice
·60 ml Ginger ale
How to Make
1.Add the whiskey and lime juice to a Collins glass filled with ice.
2.Top with the ginger ale and garnish with a lime wheel.
You can also spruce it up and add dashes of bitters instead of lime. Or better yet, try it other types of Irish whiskeys.
