The Highland Park Distillery, founded in 1798, is located on the Orkney Isles. The Isle`s wind, rain, lightning, freezing ice and hail providing the perfect setting for the home of one of the world`s best malt whiskies.

| Official Nose: | Fresh, clean and very aromatic. Floral notes abound the senses with a light grassiness. Notes of creamy manuka honey and a touch of juicy citrus with cream and a well-balanced sweetness. |
| Official Taste: | Rather full with a pleasant subtlety to the depths. Lurking somewhere in the substratum a grilled orange lies. Notes of granary toast and green tea with jasmine. A touch of sweetness. |
| Official Finish: | Quite long with peppered spicy and wood shavings. |
Distillery Information
The distillery was founded in 1798, presumably by Magnus Eunson. The name of this whisky does not refer to the area of Scotland known as The Highlands, but rather to the fact that the distillery was founded on an area called 'High Park' distinguished...Read more
