MONKEY SHOULDER MALT JOCKEY

Monkey Shoulder reveals the Bold ‘Malt Jockey’ Cocktail. An invitation to discover a taste unlike any other. Monkey Shoulder, a mix of three Single Malts - Glenfiddich, Balvenie and Kininvie is a uniquely neatly flavoured whisky, that loves company and shows its well balanced versatility in cocktails and modest consumptions. The term 'monkey shoulder' harks back to the whisky's heritage. It’s a reference to a condition that maltmen sometimes picked up while working long shifts, turning the barley by hand. It had a tendency to cause their arm to hang down a bit like a monkey’s, so they nicknamed it 'monkey shoulder'.

BLACK BOTTLE OLD FASHIONED

Look deeper with Black Bottle because every great story must find its beginning. A spark that shines from the darkness and someone willing to reach beyond the ordinary to clutch it. For those inquisitive souls, the reward is Black Bottle; a dram so curiously rich and delicately smoky, that its family recipe has been shrouded in secrecy for over 130 years. Master Blender, Gordon Graham, produced a dram offering fresh floral scents which intermingle with deep, oaky notes, all carried on spice-flecked wisps of delicate, peaty smoke.

Black Bottle's perfect balance of smoke with sweet oak and honey, as well as it's elegantly spiced finish of nutmeg, pepper and lingering smokiness, makes it a wonderful backbone for the Old Fashioned.
